50. SS 4.3 Alternative Transportation -Low emission and efficient vehicles
1. 1/2 mile from rail OR 2. 1/4 mile from 2 or more bus stops for 2 or more bus lines
Reduce by 20% after meeting Energy Policy Act requirements
1. Provide vehicles for 3% of the Full Time Employees and preferred parking OR 2. Provide 5% total spaces as preferred parking for low emitting and fuel efficient cars OR 3. Install alternate fueling station for 3% of the total parking
Keep at least 75% of existing bldg. structural elements-floor - roof decking - exterior skin & framing- excludes windows and non-structural roof.
